What to Expect in Therapy
Our work together begins by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. In the first few sessions, we’ll explore your current challenges, past influences, and therapy goals. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic techniques, allowing us to address both emotional and bodily responses to stress. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate mindfulness practices, EMDR for trauma processing, or guided self-reflection exercises to help you move toward a place of greater clarity and empowerment.
