Why My Approach is Unique
I take an integrative and personalized approach, recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Many of my clients have tried traditional talk therapy or CBT but found it lacking in depth. My approach focuses on both the mind and body, helping you access deeper layers of healing through IFS, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed techniques like EMDR.
